Awaken with Intention
“I start my day at 4:30 am. Having an early waking time is a habit that I got used to when I lived in India, where many people wake up at 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. to do yoga and meditation.
They say this time in the morning is the purest vibration for prayer and practice. It is the time birds and flowers wake up, but the hustle and bustle has yet to begin. I use the beautiful, pure pre-dawn hours to center myself in the stillness.”
Healing Drink + Mindful Fasting
“I mix hot water, lemon, ghee, and MCT oil to create my favorite morning drink. As I sip it, I move into meditation. This morning ritual detoxes the body, and kick starts metabolism and brain.
I began incorporating these healthy fats into my morning drink when I started intermittent fasting about a year ago. The first time I eat in the day is lunch, so it’s important to get enough good fats in your system in the morning to avoid hunger.
Fasting for 16 hours each day has been known to improve your immune system and longevity. It has helped me feel better and healthier, and I’ve also noticed my brain feels much sharper.” *

Gratitude Game
“Gratitude actually rewires the brain in favor of happiness. I consistently take time to think about the abundance of good in my life and in the world.
Reflecting on all the things I’m grateful for is a simple but powerful practice that brings positivity and wellness into my mind and heart.”
Bring Together Body, Mind, and Soul
“5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. is reserved for pranayama (healing breath), meditation and yoga. I do pranayama in the morning to flood my body and brain with oxygen which helps with health and brain function.
Pranyama, meditation, and yoga allow me to start my day in a focused, healthy way and set the intentions of what I want my day to be about.”
Manifestation Moment
“Around 6:30 a.m. I read my manifestation flash cards. I have cards written of the things I am manifesting in my life. I write the cards in the present tense as if it has already happened. I read each card and really try to embody how it feels for the manifestations to be complete.
Manifestations are not wishes. For example, instead of writing, “please let my dad be healed from cancer”, my manifestation flashcard says: “My dad’s body and mind are perfectly healthy, happy, and disease-free. I am so thankful his body is cancer-free.”
We are so grateful he is in remission!
Glow Up
“At 7:00 a.m., it’s time to get ready for work. ZENTS Concreta balm makes my grooming routine pretty smooth. I run some ORE Concreta through my hair as a pomade and apply the remainder to my neck and chest for added moisture and as a subtle solid scent.”
Green Tea + Go
“At 8:00 a.m., I leave for work. I’m grateful that my work is in alignment with my soul’s purpose, so heading to the office doesn’t feel like a chore.
I never leave the house without my green tea. I love it for the steady boost of energy and the antioxidant benefits. I feel invigorated from within as I sip this timeless brew.”
